Carports, garages, workshops, and commercial structures in tubular steel, cold-formed steel, and red iron. We manufacture and sell our own buildings, offering multiple price points to accommodate any budget.
We design and construct metal buildings for homeowners, business owners, and contractors across the Upstate of South Carolina. Every project starts with the same question: what do you need it to do, and what is your budget?
We have the flexibility to source the right materials for your situation, rather than pushing whatever a manufacturer wants moved this quarter.

Single, double, and oversized carports for vehicles, RVs, boats, and equipment. Open-sided or partially enclosed, with options for vertical or horizontal roof orientation. A practical, affordable way to protect what you park outside.

Fully enclosed metal garages for personal vehicles, hobby spaces, or secure storage. Includes wall sheeting, doors, windows, and ventilation as specified. We can build on a concrete slab we pour or on your existing foundation.

Commercial and residential slab construction for shops, warehouses, garages, and additions. Includes excavation, soil compaction, vapor barriers, reinforcement, and final pour. Engineered to meet your structural and load requirements.

Practical metal buildings for general storage, equipment, business inventory, or property supplies. Available in standard or oversized footprints, with options for full enclosure or partial open access.

Commercial-grade metal buildings for businesses, contractors, agricultural operations, and industrial use. Constructed using tubular steel, cold formed steel, or red iron to meet commercial load requirements and deliver long service life.

Custom metal buildings built to last. We design and build steel structures suited to your property and your budget. Every build starts with a solid foundation and finishes with a structure ready for years of use.
Tubular steel is our most affordable framing option and the most popular choice for residential and light commercial projects. The framing comes in 14 gauge as standard, with a 12 gauge upgrade available for added strength, and the galvanized sheeting comes in 29 gauge standard or 26 gauge upgraded. It is a smart, dependable build for carports, garages, and workshops that need to hold up for years without stretching the budget.
Heavier duty than tubular steel, it is a favorite for residential and commercial projects that call for extra strength and a clean, industrial look. Cold formed steel gives you a sturdier structure and a more finished appearance, making it the right middle ground for owners who want durability and style without stepping all the way up to a full commercial grade frame.
Red iron is the strongest metal building we offer. It is the standard for commercial and industrial projects that demand maximum strength, wide open spans, and long term durability. If you are putting up a large workshop, a commercial facility, or any structure that has to perform under serious demand, red iron gives you the heavy duty backbone to do it right.
A quick phone call covers the essentials — dimensions, intended use, location, and any doors or windows you want included. That gives us enough to walk you through a rough price range right then and there.
We visit your project site in a timely manner to evaluate the location, ground conditions, access, and any prep work required. Some sites need grading or a concrete slab before the building can go up — we handle that in-house.
You receive a formal proposal with full pricing, building specifications, materials, and timeline. We can also present alternate quotes at different quality and price points if you want to compare your options side by side.
We work first-come, first-served. Once your contract is signed, your build is locked into our schedule.
If site work is needed, we grade and pour first. Then we build, inspect, and walk the finished structure with you before we consider the project complete.
Share the basics and we’ll walk you through your options. Quotes are free, and most customers get a rough number before we ever set foot on site.
